synthetic media in Filter Classes G3 - G5
SYNFASAN® U15 - U50 are outlet-side compressed polyester nonwoven filter media available in Filter Classes G2 - G4 according to DIN EN 779. SYNFASAN® is used for coarse dust removal in prefiltration, as a cut-to-size flat panel or as a "Z" pleated filter housed in an exchangeable plastic frame. SYNFASAN® is also available in an optional version incorporating a plastic reinforcing grid on the outlet side. SYNFASAN® media are environment-friendly products made without bonding agents of any kind.
SYNFASAN® C2 - C5G are synthetic-fibre nonwovens compressed on their outlet side to varying degrees of compression, satisfying DIN EN 779 Filter Classes up to F5. SYNFASAN® C3 incorporates an additional nonwoven protective layer on its outlet side as standard equipment. SYNFASAN® C5G is adhesive-activated for improved dust retention and also incorporates a reinforcing grid. It is ideal for use e.g. as a ceiling filter in application stations for enamels and other coatings.
